Your Rights, Obligations
& Platform Rules Explained

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Unless the context otherwise requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the f99 apk platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 years of age or older for the duration of your use of the platform. f99 apk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where such proof cannot be satisfactorily provided, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is under 18, the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation and, if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The f99 apk platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the platform is not in violation of any applicable law or regulation in their jurisdiction. f99 apk makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement. Persons who are subject to guardianship, legal incapacity orders, or any other legal restriction on their capacity to contract may not register or use the platform.

2.4 Not a Prohibited Person. You must not be included on any sanctions list, prohibited persons register, or self-exclusion database applicable to online gambling platforms. Players who have self-excluded from the f99 apk platform, or from any other gambling platform operating a reciprocal exclusion arrangement with f99 apk, are not permitted to register a new account or use an existing account during the exclusion period.

2.5 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual may hold no more than one active account on the f99 apk platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of features on the f99 apk platform — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in the Rewards program — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any deliberate misrepresentation of your identity, age, location, or payment details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. f99 apk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify f99 apk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. f99 apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is applied consistently across all player accounts.

3.5 Account Responsibility. All actions taken from within your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and communications sent — are your sole responsibility. f99 apk will treat all activity originating from your account as authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security compromise to our support team.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. The f99 apk platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to accounts held at major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Black Diamond VIP members are subject to elevated limits as a benefit of their tier status. Current limit schedules are available on the cashier page within your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. f99 apk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the f99 apk payments team. Standard processing times apply to all accounts, with Black Diamond VIP members receiving priority queue placement. Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. f99 apk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see clause 3.4).

4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited on the f99 apk platform must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment account that does not belong to you, is strictly prohibited. f99 apk may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit as part of its AML compliance procedures.

4.6 No Fees. f99 apk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own fees or charges to outgoing and incoming transactions. Such charges are outside f99 apk's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. f99 apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback on losses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page and to these General Bonus Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual promotion page, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement clearance. Game contribution rates vary by game category and are published on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period during which the wagering requirements must be completed. Upon expiry, any uncleared bonus funds and derived winnings are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page. f99 apk is not required to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit the stacking of bonuses. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the previously active bonus at the platform's discretion.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. f99 apk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel derived winnings, and close accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; and any coordinated multi-account strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.

5.6 VIP-Exclusive Promotions. Certain promotions are available exclusively to Black Diamond VIP tier members and are not visible to the general player base. These promotions are communicated directly through the player's personal account manager and are subject to separate terms as communicated at the time of the offer.

5.7 f99 apk's Right to Amend Promotions. f99 apk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a player prior to the amendment.

6.1 General Obligations. As a registered player on the f99 apk platform, you agree to use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and to treat other players, live dealer staff, and f99 apk support team members with respect at all times.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the f99 apk platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or feature;
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain funds, credits, or other advantages not legitimately earned;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using gambling activity to conceal the source of illegitimate funds;
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or platform staff via live chat, email, or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems, or game logic;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks;
• Any conduct that f99 apk determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Any confirmed instance of Prohibited Conduct will result in, at a minimum, the immediate suspension of the relevant account pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including deposited funds where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the violation), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7.1 Platform Content Ownership. All content on the f99 apk platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the f99 apk brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of f99 apk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Limited Licence to Players. f99 apk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any platform content.

7.3 Game Provider Content. Games available on the f99 apk platform are provided under licence from third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and Yggdrasil. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers. f99 apk does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

7.4 No Reverse Engineering. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software component of the f99 apk platform. Any such attempt constitutes both a violation of these Terms and an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

8.1 Platform Availability. f99 apk endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f99 apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other economic loss.

8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in a game outcome being incorrectly calculated or displayed, f99 apk reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Any winnings derived from a technically erroneous outcome that were paid out in excess of what would have been payable absent the error may be recouped from the player's account balance.

8.4 Third-Party Payment Processors. f99 apk is not liable for delays, failures, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and banking institutions. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction that involves a third-party processor must be raised both with f99 apk support and directly with the relevant payment provider.

8.5 Player Responsibility for Gambling Decisions. All wagering decisions are made solely by the Player. f99 apk is not responsible for any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform. Gambling carries inherent risk. Only wager funds that you can afford to lose.

9.1 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your f99 apk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

9.2 Suspension by f99 apk. f99 apk reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, an AML trigger, a KYC discrepancy, a security incident, or any other matter requiring investigation. During a suspension period, access to games and financial transactions will be restricted pending the outcome of the relevant investigation.

9.3 Closure by f99 apk. Following investigation, f99 apk may permanently close an account where a violation of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, the consequences set out in clause 6.3 apply. Account closure decisions are communicated to the player by email to the address registered on the account.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the f99 apk platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During any active self-exclusion period, the account is fully restricted from all deposits, wagers, and bonus claims. f99 apk will honour self-exclusion requests promptly and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

9.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. f99 apk will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to contact support to maintain active account status.

10.1 Right to Amend. f99 apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be necessitated by changes to applicable law, platform policy updates, new product offerings, or improvements to responsible gaming procedures.

10.2 Notification of Changes. Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, f99 apk will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

10.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the f99 apk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in clause 9.1.

10.4 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

10.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and f99 apk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
